Fun in the ring

This past year was great. I have learned so much in the 1st year of showing my babies.  Just to think I have bred and owned for over 25 years and never set foot in a ring is crazy.  I love it and the dogs love it.  This is my wins for 2014!!! A SUPER YEAR just getting started.  And I might add that my beautiful girl Ciana has a tail, so she is not favored to win in the AKC ring with some judges.

I am very satisfied with the way this past year has gone.  My focus in 2015 is on breeding my girls to some very outstanding males.  I am hoping for some TOP pups that will have brains and beauty.  

I am hoping to get some nice titles on the boys this year. Magnum and Srdjan.  That is what I am focusing on.   Srdjan has done really well with 2 AKC 1st place Conroe and Ft. Bend- and a Best of Breed and 2nd in Variety at the Conroe Kennel Club. I am very proud of him as a young pup. 

Magnum is doing well also.  He is still so much BIG puppy, but when we step into the ring he is all about business with me.  I love him so much, he is always trying to please mom.  

He placed 1st at the Ft. Bend Kennel Club AKC show in January and won Best OF Winners! 

Ciana took 1st place and Reserve Winners at Ft. Bend Kennel Club.  With Srdjan 1st as well. It was a fun time and all the dogs placed!

Lots going on....New dogs new planned breeding and going to more shows. I really am enjoying the dogs.  Trying some new supplements to see if it will help boost some immune systems on Nelson and put some weight on Magnum.  He and Ivy are just so active.  This is Magnum.

Here are the girls!!! Andi and Aspen, they are out of Luka and Nubia.  Cute little sweethearts.  I decided  not to keep one. I have a half sister on Dame and Sire already.  I wish I could keep them all though.  

Ciana got four V-1 ratings at the show in August and thus got her International Championship! Looking forward to her health clearances and 2015 breeding. Going to be a very nice 2015!!

BET Rottweilers Hope

Hope was born the day before Thanksgiving 2013.  She was the only one in her little.  We elected for a c-section since Krissy had one previously.  She was a healthy little pup thriving well. Then Thanksgiving Day with a house full of company I kept checking on her and Krissy in the whelping box.  About 5pm- something was definitely wrong. She was limp.  At first I thought she was dead.  then I saw her breathing.

I rushed her to the Vet that was open that day and they thought she was gone.  It took them quite a while to find a vein and get fluids in her, later they got a tube down into her tummy for food.  She had hypothermia,  was dehydrated and had low blood sugar all from Krissy not producing milk.  This had never happened in the past with her. But a lesson learned. Needless to say they are both fine and recovered well.  I told my daughter I hope she pulls through, and if she did we would call her "Hope" so I want to introduce Hope to you.
